Darryl Albert is a Canadian watercolour artist basing himself in beautiful British Columbia.

Darryl Albert was born in Elliot Lake, Ontario. Growing up in Montreal, he always knew he had a creative side. Darryl is a self-taught artist who has worked in many media. For two years he honed his skills studying under watercolour master Ming Ma in Pointe Claire, Quebec.

Moving to Victoria in 1995 Darryl discovered his real passion for water-colour painting. British Columbia's rugged coastal beauty inspired him to focus his watercolour artwork on the natural grandeur of Vancouver Island. Putting brush to paper and capturing the spirit of the West Coast, his is known for his attention to detail and use of vibrant colour.
